It's official.....our family's first Marathon is May 7th! I'm running the 1/2 marathon with Carrie Alexander. Kobe and Lincoln (along with their dad) are running in the Flying Piglet. The boys are so excited! Every day they ask if they can go practice. So we bought new running shoes for everyone on Valentine's Day. Check out the Registration...

A few misc. items...
Yesterday Kobe and I were sitting in the office at our respective computers. I was doing work...I thought he was just goofing around with his computer games. Imagine my surprise when he actually said to me--"Mom, I'm fixing our firewall."
Today, the boys were riding in the front of the car-carts @ Biggs. I heard Kobe trying to get his brother's attention over and over again, to no avail.
K: Linkie?
L: (silence)
K: Linkie?
L: (silence)
K: Linkie?
L: (silence)
K: (a little louder) LINKIE?
L: I'm busy, Kobe.
Busy? How is a 2-yr-old, riding in the front of a grocery cart busy? But apparently Kobe respected his brother's answer because he stopped asking for him after that.
