For Sale. This post can be had for the low garage sale price of a nickel.

I vowed never to have a garage sale. It goes against everything I'm made of. Give complete strangers the opportunity to rummage through pieces of your life, albeit pieces of your life that only carry a dollar's worth.

I was cleaning out the little room and found tons of junk, the old air conditioner we used at the Galbraith Rd house, the old waterbed, the old 15 computers. Wendy suggested just setting them out Saturday instead of pitching them altogether. She gathered up a few baby items and we're having ourselves a garage sale!!

No more promises of things I will never do.

Lincoln is home and is doing good. He is taking a lot of tylenol and antibiotics. Everything went well. He goes to see the doctor next Friday to make sure everything is healing fine.

Just the other day I was telling Wendy how Lincoln is feeling like a boy now... not a baby. He is solid... pulls himself up on things... likes to be rough-housed and tickled. Now he just seems so frail so baby-like. You know... Like when you are holding a newborn and you think... there is a possibility, if not careful, that I could break this thing.

Lincoln.... could care less. He is pulling himself up and trying to walk and crawl even though he can barely feel his legs. Oh... and I will never talk to a baby that I don't know his or her parents.

What a day...

I'm posting from the hospital waiting room. Lincoln is in surgery. Its pretty surreal. But... I guess it is good to know that after we leave he will look like all the other boys in the nursery locker rooms.

He looked so cute in his little baby hospital gown. I wish I had the camera. Maybe they will let him keep it as a souvenir.

Gasp.....

Today Lincoln and I made a trip to Destin Urgent Care. What a way to spend your last full day of vacation. Today Lincoln's eyes started goobing out green stuff. So we called the doctor and he said it was urgent. Lincoln has an upper respiratory infection. No fever, no ear infection, no complaining. The nurse asks "When did he start feeling bad?" Me: "Uh... what do you mean?"
So little Lincoln has eye drops 3 times a day and antibiotic just in case it tries to spread to his ears.

He was rewarded this bear for being a model patient! No crying... even when they took his temperature....

We went biking again today...

Kobe also enjoyed the pool today!!

Kobe loved the beach Saturday and Lincoln and I took a nap under an umbrella. Brad and Chrissy's wedding was beautiful.
